Rules & Regulations

| 1) Rental of
property is restricted to BSFD taxpayers over age 21. |
| 2) Rental of
property to be used strictly for the purpose outlined in
rental agreement. |
|
3) Renters are
responsible for the conduct of their guests.
|
|
4) The premises
must be vacated by 12:00am
|
| 5) The building
must be cleaned and ready for the next renter PRIOR to
leaving. |
|
6) Upon leaving,
all trash must be bagged & left in trash receptacles
outside building.
|
| 7) All chairs
and tables must be washed, wiped and properly stored. |
| 8) If used, sink
must be drained, cleaned and counter areas wiped down. |
| 9) Stove and
refrigerators must be emptied of food and cleaned after use. |
|
10) Kitchen
floor swept and washed.
|
| 11) Hall floor
swept and washed if needed. |
|
12) All
restrooms must be left clean and trash removed.
|
|
13) Windows
must be closed & lights turned off. Outdoor timer light is
to be left on.
|
| 14) Building
must be locked & keys returned to District Manager on
the next business day. |
| 15) NO CLAMBAKES
are to be held INSIDE the building. They must be OUTSIDE. |
| 16) Smoking
is prohibited in the Community center. |
