Community Center 

The Community Center is available for parties, meetings, receptions and outings.  

A rental fee of $200 is charged to cover expenses.  A refundable deposit of $175 is also required. 
There is a $100 deposit required on the key. Renters are responsible for cleaning the premises upon conclusion of the event. If the building is properly cleaned and the key returned, the full deposit will be returned.

BSFD COMMUNITY CENTER

Rental Rules & Regulations

1) Rental of property is restricted to BSFD taxpayers over age 21.
2) Rental of property to be used strictly for the purpose outlined in rental agreement.

3) Renters are responsible for the conduct of their guests.

4) The premises must be vacated by 12:00am

5) The building must be cleaned and ready for the next renter PRIOR to leaving.

6) Upon leaving, all trash must be bagged & left in trash receptacles outside building.

7) All chairs and tables must be washed, wiped and properly stored.
8) If used, sink must be drained, cleaned and counter areas wiped down.
9) Stove and refrigerators must be emptied of food and cleaned after use.

10) Kitchen floor swept and washed.

11) Hall floor swept and washed if needed.

12) All restrooms must be left clean and trash removed.

13) Windows must be closed & lights turned off. Outdoor timer light is to be left on.

14) Building must be locked & keys returned to District Manager on the next business day.
15) NO CLAMBAKES are to be held INSIDE the building. They must be OUTSIDE.
16)  Smoking is prohibited in the Community center.
