Beaches offically close Monday, September 5th at 5:30 PM.

 

  • Please pick up any litter and take any trash home with you. 
  • Trash receptacles are not available at the beach.
  • Dogs are not permitted on the beaches at any time!

Lifeguard Hours

 

Kelly Beach:

 

Weekdays and Saturdays:    10 AM - 5:00 PM

Sundays and Hoidays:          10 AM - 5:30 PM

 

Little Beach:             

 

Weekdays and Saturdays:    10 AM - 5:00 PM

Sundays and Hoidays:          10 AM - 5:00 PM

 Beach Bus

 

The Beach Bus will run between July 2nd and September 5th, 2011.

 

  • Saturdays   from 11 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Sundays     from 11 AM to 5:30 PM
  • Holidays     from 10 AM to 5:30 PM 
  • No buses on V-J day.

 

Summer Camp

 

 

 Campers:             

 BSFD Children

 Regular Camp: Children 5 to 13 years of age

 Children with birthdays on or before June 26, 2006 are elgible.

 Sessions: 

 First Session:      June 27 thru July 22 (No Camp July 4th)

 

 Second Session: July 27 - August 19

 

 Hours:

 Monday - Friday from 9 AM ot 11:30 AM (Children's Activities)

 

 Fees: 2011) 

 $105 per child per session.

 $190 for two children  $285 per family per session.

 Guest Fee: $12 per day (Limited & by advance arrangement only.)

 One Week Pass $50  Two Week Pass $75 Three Week Pass $90 . 
 Enrollment:

 Parent or Legal Guardian must register their children with the Camp Director
 IN PERSON on the following date and time.

 

 Registration:   

 Forms available at the Community Center.

 

 Activities:

  (Tentative) Camp activities will be organized around various themes.
  Examples may include Spirit Week, bowling, talent show, crafts, etc.

Bonnet Days Race

 

Usually held the second weekend in July. Features races at all levels on a 3 mile loop around Bonnet Shores.

Followed by a cookout for the runners, walkers & bonnet families.

Look for flyers around June.
